I have been in the health and fitness industry for as long as I can remember. Growing up as a little girl in Jamaica I was always very active. Everything we did was outdoors except for sleeping ha-ha. I started dance classes at 5 years old all through high school and then went to the school of dance summer program to perfect my craft it was amazing. Our dance group received many medals and commendations for our performances.
We would have exercises’ then stretches then rehearsals for hours at a time every day except on the weekend. We travel all over the island performing. Then we would perform professionally after we were all grown up. We also travel the world performing we even did a benefit event for the make a Wish Foundation. Lots of injuries come with overuse of the muscles and joints.
Health and fitness have always been a way of life for me so when I decided to choose a career the first thing I chose was how can I help people realize the benefit of healing the body through eating healthy and exercising, even if we are having some pain and not letting it get you down but rise above it.
So my friends and I decided to find quality products that would help to ease the joint and muscle pains that they have been having for a while, the products worked so well for them that we started recommending them to our clients. Then our clients loved the products so much and felt so much better using them that they asked us why we don’t offer them to others in the same pain as us.
We thought about it and said surely this is a great idea and this is how we started selling these products.. My mom told me I never met a stranger she is funny! We don’t want the pain to stop you or anyone from doing the things want to do if they can help it. Our goal is to help everyone we can feel and look their best all day every day.
I have been a personal trainer, exercise therapist, and nutritional coach for some years and have helped many people reach their goals in achieving movement, body changes, and even mental clarity ..
